Shipping.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email followed by tracking information once your order has left our atelier.
Shipping options, transit times, and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Returns.
Due to the nature of fragrance products, we can only accept returns on sealed, unused items in their original condition and packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos so we can assist.
Exchanges.
At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, you may return a product according to our policy and place a new order.
